Andrew has over 13 years IT industry experience, working primarily as a consultant within the communications and high technology market sector. Before joining Accelera Consulting, Andrew helped to found Tripleplay Services a specialist consultancy based in the UK, to supply products and services to the broadband industry.

Before setting up Tripleplay, Andrew was head of product development for KPMG Consulting's Information, Communications and Entertainment practice in the UK. On joining KPMG, Andrew helped to grow the practice's capability in broadband technologies and ran ADSL and Voice over IP trials for a large European cable operator.

Andrew moved to KPMG with five years experience gained at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). During his last two years, he worked on the development and rollout of the first commercial DTV platform for two of the UK's cable operators, Cable & Wireless Communications (now part of ntl:) and then Telewest.

Before this, Andrew worked for a niche multimedia consultancy, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a number of computer based training programmes and point of sale kiosk systems for clients such as: Price Waterhouse, Woolworths, Argos and ICL Retail. Andrew is a member of the Accelera Capital advisory panel. Anthony Chan Anthony has more than 7 years experience designing and implementing interactive TV and broadband solutions for a number of world wide communications companies.

Before founding Accelera Consutling, Anthony worked for Accenture specializing in system integration and project management roles. His previous clients include Cable and Wireless Communications, Telewest, Hong Kong Telecom, Jupiter Communications, Softbank Network, NEC and Japan Telecom.
