	Director of Customer Care
The role:	Working within the Integrated Services and Fulfilment arm of eos (eos complete) you will be responsible for all aspects of the Customer Service proposition provided to client businesses. The priority is to offer excellent service to the consumers through effective management of the call/service centres and excellent service to the client business via a CRM service. The role also includes the management of a number of new business start-up projects on behalf of the eos complete team, coordinating all aspects including fulfilment, logistics planning and facilities management.
	The ideal candidate will have three or more years as a senior manager or director responsible for customer service or call centre management. In addition, the post requires previous large project management experience, ideally in an internet based environment or in the media/communications industry.
