JitStream's team has been working together since the beginning of this year and has already built two award-winning sites (see portfolio). In September 2000, JitStream was incorporated as an independent company and received initial equity and debt financing from eos ventures, its single largest shareholder.

JitStream has been able to assemble a Board of Directors consisting of seasoned industry and financial operators, including representatives from Botts & Co., one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity houses, and eos ventures, the omninet media & communications development company.
